  Start Your Engines
Well, it feels like forever since the F1 season was planned to start, but at long last, we're about to go racing again.

I hope everyone has been staying safe and is looking forward to the 2020 season. Fingers crossed plenty of people are still going to be active with their teams. Lots to look forward to, including...

- Can Keke put up a solid title defense? They've only got 1 team created so far. I'd guess they're leaving it late!
- Schumacher returned to competitiveness in 2019 after a quiet 2018 (by their standards). Can they top the table again and become a 3-time champion (GaKra's the only one with 3, I believe)?
- What of the other big names? The GaKras/Mavericks/Hiensis etc? There's always a strong challenge from the veteran players.
- Can one of the "newer guard" make it onto the podium or even challenge for trophies? I'm expecting big things from the likes of Chris, Alan_T_Riley, katalyst and Magne, to name just a few.
- Which rookies/new players can challenge for glory?
- What about the actual on track action? Can Ferrari catch-up following their tough pre-season or will it be Mercedes v Red Bull this year? Can McLaren, Renault or another team take the fight to the big 3?

Only a day and a bit to go!

It is SO about time for PFRL to start again. I won't make any predictions about who is going to win, as the situation with shorter season is new to everybody, and one good or bad race will have a bigger impact on the whole season, and budget difference between teams won't be as big as usual towards the end of the season. So the field of potential winners seems to be bigger than ever, though of course experience never hurts.

I wish you all a lot of fun and hope to be able to live up to your flattering expectations, knowing that getting past you guys will be tough.

@Alan_T_Riley, good shout re. LorrieJen. They definitely could be up there. I'm probably forgetting few other really high potential people too due to it being such a long gap from last season.

I've never really had a strong season challenging for the main title, so would see finishing top 10 as a huge success there. There's always one or two races that just destroy me/a gamble that doesn't work. I'm more likely to challenge on the constructors side and the PFRL Cup (I'd like to join Dominik as a 3-time Cup winner).

As for Schumacher, he hasn't created teams yet for 2020, so I'm hoping he's just leaving it late.
