very tough to judge when to maximize engines by switching when we do not know how many races there will be. I read yesterday they still hope to add races up to 22.

I expect a maximum of 15-16 races.
I believe it will be up to 22 races in 2021. However, there will be a maximum of 19 PFRL races per season.
