Race Series League same score query

If 2 players who's teams score the same points. For example they both score 150 points. In a race series league. Who gets the 25 points and who gets the 18 points?

The tie-breaker in race series is the change date and time. The earlier updated team is ranked in front in case of an equal race score.
If multiple team changes are performed prior to a race, the date and time of the last update counts, of course.
